A Pump
A 24 inch clear balloon
A Rose flower
Wrapping paper
Net yarn
Flaring pliers
Manually stretch the balloon before inflate with air.
Use the flaring pliers to expand the mouth, and then put the rose in.
Use the air pump to inflate. Note that the size is controlled within 45 cm, and then tie the balloon mouth with a rope or tape.
Fold the wrapping paper in half around the balloon, add two layers of yarn, tie the bow, and a rose in the balloon is ready, you can also decorate it with led lights.
