Promotiongifts provides competitive price of gift supplies for florists mainly in Australia. We have big warehouse in China and we also provide branding service for business internationally. Every product in our website can be branded with business logo for the benefit of building brand awareness, including florists & gift supplies and some popular promotional products for your business marketing.

Minimum Order Quantity

We only stock popular items in Australia, and some products with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) are typically shipped from our overseas warehouse. If you're interested in these products but can't purchase in large quantities, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.

For products shipped from overseas, please allow 4-7 weeks for delivery. For items shipped from our Sydney location, you can check the delivery time using the calculator on the Auspost website.

For customized items, please message us to inquire about lead times, as each product is unique and does not have a standard turnaround time. We also offer "early bird shipping" for certain products, allowing you to enjoy a better price by opting for a 4-7 week shipping period.

Cancellations

It is the last thing that we want it to happen in business, but it happens, and we fully understand the change of mind cancellations. We accept it as long as no official orders are confirmed and no cost caused. If cancellations happen when we already start working on the project or the project is almost finished, customers will have to bear the responsibility for any fee caused on the project.

Damaged Goods Policy

All damaged goods should be reported by emailing us the photos as proof within 24 hours of receipt of goods to enable the issuing of a credit.  

Promotional Products

Every product on our website can be customized, subject to a minimum order quantity. The prices listed are for reference, and the actual prices will be close to these estimates. To offer a wider variety of promotional products, some items will be manufactured and branded in China to meet different needs. If you have items that require a customized logo, please email us the photos and the desired quantities.

Fast shipping is crucial for time-sensitive events. Promotional products can lose their value if they arrive late, and we understand the challenges this can cause. We take proactive steps to minimize our customers’ losses and encourage early preparation for your events, which can save on shipping costs and reduce stress. By ordering early, you can also enjoy free shipping.

Please note that customized products cannot be canceled once the manufacturing process has begun. A 30% deposit is required to initiate production, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment.

Promotion Gifts is responsible for any damages that occur during the production of promotional products, including issues with logos and the products themselves.
