Salix Integra It is a deciduous shrub growing to 2–6 m tall with greyish-green bark and reddish to yellowish shoots. The Chinese farmers grow the plants to make baskets out of wicker shoots.

Shandong Province is a major exporter of willow crafts in China, and its export volume accounts for a quarter of the country's exports, while Junan County accounts for one-third of the province's willow exports. Therefore, it is said that the national willow is in Shandong and Shandong willow is in Junan.

All of the willow baskets(seagrass baskets) are hand-made from the scratch. A well-made wicker basket can be both functional and beautiful enough to use as a perfect gift packaging.

They are great for pampering hampers, fruit hampers as well as plant gifts.
